As Chief Administrative Officer Tracey fills a crucial role in the strategic leadership and operational efficiency of the firm’s expanding statewide practice, overseeing offices in Tallahassee, Jacksonville, and Tampa. Tracey comes to the firm with over twenty-five years of leadership experience, including previous roles as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer in both statewide and regional law firms. Tracey brings a wealth of knowledge and experience that will help the firm provide enhanced services to firm clients.
In addition to her administrative skills, Tracey has also been deeply involved in a number of practice areas, including employment law, antitrust, personal injury, insurance defense, environmental law, transactional law, as well as on regulatory issues and legislative matters.
Beyond her legal expertise, Tracey is dedicated to philanthropy, having raised funds for organizations like the Susan G. Komen Foundation and participating in breast cancer awareness walks. She is also involved in community service as a Paul Harris Fellow Rotarian and has a passion for outdoor activities, including cycling, triathlons, and hiking. Tracey’s diverse interests and experiences bring a unique perspective to her role at Kilinski | Van Wyk.
