Another big win for April - Closed on April 29th, Jennifer Kilinski of Kilinski | Van Wyk served as Developer’s Counsel for Mattamy Homes for Parrish Plantation CDD’s issuance of $17,185,000 Series 2024 Special Assessment Revenue Bonds. The bonds will finance a portion of the public infrastructure improvements associated with 578 planned single family and townhome lots in the community. Congratulations to everyone involved in this process!
Kilinski | Van Wyk partner Lauren Gentry served as issuer's counsel to the Astonia Community Development District in the issuance of its $3,640,000 Special Assessment Bonds, Series 2024 (Assessment Area Four Project - Polk County, Florida). The Assessment Area Four Bonds will finance Phase 6 of the Assessment Area Four Project which consists of community development related infrastructure for 168 townhome lots. Congratulations to the entire financing team on a quick and smooth closing transaction!
Kilinski | Van Wyk attorneys successfully established the Lakes at Cocoa Grove Community Development District before the City Council for the City of Cocoa, the first CDD in the City of Cocoa! The project is anticipated to have 350 units. Roy Van Wyk

Roy Van Wyk is a Founding Partner at Kilinski | Van Wyk. Roy dedicates much of his time as an attorney representing CDD’s as general counsel as well as counseling builders, developers, and investors, with respect to the establishment and operation of CDD’s.
