On August 5, 2024, Kilinski | Van Wyk lawyers Jennifer Kilinski and Savannah Hancock teamed up on the successful establishment of the Fish Lake Cove Community Development District before the Osceola County Board of County Commissioners. The project includes over 40 acres of land and is anticipated to have 315 residential units. This project will feature amenity enhancements that include a pool and cabana, a dock adjacent to Fish Lake, and significant open spaces with a recreational trail. Its close proximity to commercial corridors and main thoroughfares while providing a peaceful and serene community in the heart of Kissimmee makes this district very special indeed!
