KVW Successfully Establishes the Fish Lake Cove Community Development District

On August 5, 2024, Kilinski | Van Wyk lawyers Jennifer Kilinski and Savannah Hancock teamed up on the successful establishment of the Fish Lake Cove Community Development District before the Osceola County Board of County Commissioners. The project includes over 40 acres of land and is anticipated to have 315 residential units.
