Another big win for April – Closed on April 29th, Jennifer Kilinski of Kilinski | Van Wyk served as Developer’s Counsel for Mattamy Homes for Parrish Plantation CDD’s issuance of $17,185,000 Series 2024 Special Assessment Revenue Bonds. The bonds will finance a portion of the public infrastructure improvements associated with 578 planned single family and townhome lots in the community.
