REMINDER: Important information for 2024

REMINDER: Beginning January 1, 2024, Form 1 will no longer be filed with your local Supervisor of Elections office. Instead, all Form 1s will be filed electronically with the Commission on Ethics. The Form 6 full disclosures that resulted in a number of city and county commissioners resigning does not apply to special district supervisors! Ethics training will need to be completed by the end of the year for all current special district supervisors – contact your Kilinski | Van Wyk attorney for more specific information.
