Kilinski | Van Wyk is pleased to welcome Savannah Hancock to its growing Tampa office. Savannah joins a five-member lawyer team in our Tampa office and represents community development districts, improvement districts, stewardship districts and other types of special district clients in all matters related to contracting, real property, public procurement, ethics, finance and construction. In addition, she serves as counsel to developers and homebuilders in the establishment of special districts, serves as issuer’s counsel in conjunction with public financing matters involving tax-exempt bonds and represents landowners throughout Florida in conservation program matters with the State of Florida.
Savannah graduated near the top of her law school class and holds degrees in finance and international business from University of Florida, with a certificate in financial accounting from Harvard Business School. This background coupled with her past professional experience as an analyst with one of the premier asset managers worldwide and her prior work in real estate, land use and environmental matters in her former large law firm experience makes her the ideal candidate for representing Kilinski | Van Wyk clients in all facets of development and complex financing and business matters.
