Kilinski | Van Wyk attorney Meredith Hammock will present during The Florida Bar’s City County and Local Government Law Section Public Finance Seminar on April 27 in Palm Coast, Florida. Her presentation, “Opinions: You Need How Many Lawyers to Issue a Bond,” will cover a thorough review of the three major legal opinions that bond investors require (Issuer’s Counsel Opinion, Bond Counsel Opinion and Disclosure Counsel Opinion). The seminar also includes information on bond validations and updates regarding hurricane recovery bonds and contractual sovereign immunity concerns, TIF-backed and COPs structured debt, and post issuance issuer responsibilities.
