Kilinski | Van Wyk Partner Jennifer Kilinski serves on CDD Boot Camp Panel

On Thursday, April 27, Jennifer Kilinski served as a panelist for CDD Boot Camp, a program delivered by the Developers Council of the Greater Orlando Builders Association (GOBA). The CDD Boot Camp provided attendees with insights on CDDs, covering topics including district formation, legal matters, district operations and financing strategies. In addition to providing a crash course overview, the presentation explored the development considerations and financing benefits associated with CDDs.

The panel also included Pfil Hunt of Wrathell Hunt, Richard Jerman of SunTerra Communities and was moderated by Matt Ramirez of KB Home. Kilinski | Van Wyk thanks GOBA, their Developers Council, attendees and fellow panelists for a terrific program.
