Lindsay Moczynski is an attorney at Kilinski | Van Wyk, where she serves as District Counsel to community development districts across Florida. She advises on public procurement, contract negotiation, land use, and governance matters, helping clients navigate complex regulatory frameworks with clarity and confidence.
Before joining KVW, Lindsay built a diverse legal background representing a wide range of clients, including local governments, insurers, small businesses, and individuals. Her practice spanned real estate, business disputes, and civil litigation. She has extensive courtroom experience, having litigated insurance claims, foreclosure matters, and contract disputes from inception through trial.
A Florida native, Lindsay grew up in the Tampa Bay area. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Law from the University of Florida before completing her Juris Doctor at Stetson University College of Law, where she interned with the Honorable William P. Levens and the Honorable Daniel H. Sleet, gaining valuable experience in civil and felony criminal law.
Lindsay is actively involved in the legal community and currently serves as Co-Vice Chair of the Real Property Litigation Committee within the Florida Bar’s RPPTL Section and is an active member of the Executive Council. She is also a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association and the City, County & Local Government Law Section.
Outside of the office, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and Boxer, Odin.
