Caryl earned her Juris Doctor degree from Stetson and has been a distinguished member of the Florida Bar for nearly thirty years. Caryl’s career has been highlighted by involvement in high-profile legal cases and regulatory matters, including pioneering work in the regulation of medical cannabis in Florida and was special counsel to the Attorney General’s office for decades, handling high profile constitutional cases including at the U.S. Supreme Court level.
