Caroline Prince brings over 30 years of cross-industry experience, in finance, compliance, executive administration, and operations management to her role at Kilinski | Van Wyk. A lifelong learner and self-starter, Caroline is the embodiment of humble, hungry, and smart—a team player who leads with integrity, leans into every challenge, and quietly makes those around her better.
Originally from New Orleans, Caroline has called Tallahassee home for the past three decades. She began her professional journey within the Florida State University Athletics Department, where she supported football and basketball operations and learned the value of precision, discretion, and teamwork in high-performance environments. From there, she steadily advanced through increasingly complex administrative roles—eventually overseeing SEC- and FINRA-regulated financial firms, oil and gas operations, real estate investments, and biotech start-ups. She is a licensed notary, holds multiple securities licenses (Series 7, 28, and 66), and is known for her sharp regulatory mind and practical approach to solving complex problems.
Throughout her career, Caroline has built a legacy of service rooted in trust, discretion, and a relentless commitment to doing the right thing. Her work has focused on strengthening compliance frameworks, streamlining office operations, and improving business efficiency across a wide range of organizations.
Beyond the office, Caroline finds joy in her backyard wildlife sanctuary, cheering on LSU football, and tackling landscaping projects with the same energy she brings to her professional life. She’s a proud mom to two grown children. At home, she enjoys life with her rescue dog, Boo, while holding close the memory of her furever babies, Allie and Tiger.
At KVW, Caroline continues to expand her range into the legal administration sector, focusing on special districts and contributing meaningfully to the firm’s culture of excellence, collaboration, and heart.
